Welcome to 22zz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 22zz ("22zz", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 22zz online casino and sports betting platform available at 22zz.bet and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and services (collectively the "Platform").

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, sports betting, fish shooting games, and any promotions or bonus offers. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or making any deposit. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To register an account and use the 22zz Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to satisfy any requirement is grounds for immediate account suspension.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships and other legal entities are not eligible to register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform and must not be accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must hold a valid mobile number in Bangladesh that you own and control, as this is used for account authentication and communication.

Account Registration and Management

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 22zz Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, household or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 22zz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify 22zz support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• 22zz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account information, including name and registered mobile number, may not be transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 22zz support. Outstanding bonus balances may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.

22zz is entitled to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification checks at any point during the life of an account, not only at registration. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide documentation promptly when requested.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 22zz Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following provisions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

22zz does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of 22zz. Players are responsible for any taxes or levies that may be applicable to their winnings under applicable law in their jurisdiction.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

22zz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, time limits and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms and must be read before accepting any offer.
• Each bonus offer is available for redemption once per Player, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• 22zz reserves the right to void any bonus, free spins, associated winnings or account balance where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting systems, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Free spins, when awarded, are valid only on the specified game titles stated in the promotion and expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.
• 22zz may modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in progress by a Player.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all gameplay and wagering activity on the 22zz Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game and in the game-provider documentation accessible through the Platform.

• All bets must be placed using funds available in the player's real-money wallet balance. Bonus funds may also be used subject to the applicable bonus terms and game contribution rates.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be subject to review by 22zz and the outcome may be voided, with the original stake returned to the Player.
• All game outcomes on 22zz are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by live dealer procedures for live casino tables. 22zz does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Winnings from sports betting markets are calculated and credited based on the final settled result of the relevant event. 22zz uses established data providers for result verification. In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of 22zz shall be final and binding.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Responsible Gaming

22zz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings or by contacting 22zz support.
• Session time limits: Players may set reminders or hard time limits on individual gaming sessions to control the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which the account will be suspended and no deposits or gameplay will be permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting 22zz support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and the account will be closed permanently upon request.

Account Security and KYC Verification

22zz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be required at any point during the lifecycle of an account at the sole discretion of 22zz.

• Players must provide accurate identity documentation when requested, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other acceptable proof of identity and age.
• 22zz employs SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to the registered mobile number is available and strongly recommended for all Players.
• 22zz will never contact Players by telephone, SMS or email to ask for their account password, PIN or full payment card details. Any such contact purporting to be from 22zz should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22zz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any criminal purpose, including using proceeds of crime as deposit funds.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or assisting another person to open an account in circumstances where that person is ineligible to hold an account.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated accumulator betting.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to 22zz support and will be voided.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy service or other means of IP masking for the purpose of circumventing geographic or eligibility restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 22zz Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 22zz or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use 22zz intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the 22zz Platform without the prior written consent of 22zz. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22zz's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 22zz shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss.

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss or corruption of data, or any consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages arising from any cause whatsoever, even if 22zz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside the reasonable control of 22zz, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, regulatory actions or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss suffered as a result of a Player's own decision to gamble, including losses incurred in connection with any game, bet, wager or transaction on the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

22zz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 22zz will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of the change via email to the registered address or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 22zz.bet/terms-conditions. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If any amendment is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 22zz operates as an online gaming platform and complies with all applicable obligations regarding player protection, data security and fair play.
